Dr Johnstone has extensive experience of developing pharmaceutical products, having led teams to deliver an MAA, four FTIMs, in a variety of oncology products. Interactions with the regulatory authorities, FDA, EMEA and MHLW are also included. Together with an extensive global network of fellow consults which HelpYou2 can call upon, the company can provide a 'one stop shop' provision for global drug development experience in both small molecule and biologicals which can aid companies in their risk management and go/no go decision for their key products.
As CEO of ClinOx Ltd, a full service contract research organisation (CRO) which has expertise in delivering phase I/II and III bespoke oncology patient trials, Dr Johnstone can also provide a link to an operational arm for oncology drug development. She has led business wide initiatives to identify ways of accelerating drug development timelines. Before starting ClinOx Ltd in 2006, she was global pre-clinical head of AstraZeneca's Cancer and Infection Discovery Medicine group , managing over 30 projects through a team of translational scientists, and liaising with industry and academic sites to deliver key translational science data.
